Eddie Martin is an acclaimed Australian documentary filmmaker whose work is known for its emotional depth and cinematic storytelling. His films have been acquired by global platforms such as Netflix and screened at prestigious festivals including Rotterdam, Hot Docs, and CPH:DOX. In 2015, he won the AACTA Award for Best Direction in a Documentary for his feature ALL THIS MAYHEM, produced in association with Vice Films and the team behind Senna and Exit Through the Gift Shop. The film also received a Special Jury Award nomination at Sheffield DocFest and won Best Independent Film in the UK. More recently his feature, WE WERE ONCE KIDS, premiered in competition at the 2021 Tribeca Film Festival, where it won Best Editing, and went on to earn multiple nominations at festivals worldwide.
